We do not collect data from visitors who simply browse the site without submitting a form.

Why we collect it

We collect your contact details so we can respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and arrange roofing work if you decide to proceed. We do not use your data for marketing unless you specifically ask us to.

Lawful basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest. When you submit a contact form, you are asking us to get in touch about roofing services. Processing your data to respond to that request is in both your interest and ours.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any other third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics (when enabled), which collects anonymised, aggregated data about how visitors use the site. We retain contact form submissions for up to 12 months after your enquiry, unless your enquiry leads to a contract or ongoing work, in which case we retain your details for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
